30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened electrical and personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
All parts carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear items (pads, fluids, filters) are covered for 90 days. To start a warranty claim, email support with your order number and photos.
